I am a resident of Eastend Apartments and I fear for the health of my children. 

The nala near Eastend Apartments and Nagarjuna housing society in Mayur Vihar Phase-1 extension has become a serious health hazard for thousands of people. The toxic fumes that emanate from this uncovered drain have already caused serious health issues for many residents. The stench is unbearable and has made it impossible for us to breathe. Children are the worst affected as they can't even play outside in the evening and we have to keep our windows closed most of the time.

The drain is so filthy that there is a layer of toxic foam on the top. The hazardous gases are constantly destroying air-conditioners and fridges. 

This nala has already been covered till the Crowne Plaza hotel but the part which comes to Eastend and Nagarjuna has been left open. Are the life of middle class people less important than those who stay in five star hotels?

If thousands sign my petition, we can make the Delhi Chief Minister take action and close this nala once and for all.
