National Human Rights Commission also accepted few complaints on RNM.RNM victims are identified in Delhi,Kolkata,NIT Rourkela,Mumbai,Kerala,Chennai,Bangalore, Uttarakhand, Madhya Pradesh etc

Several families in Delhi have been facing the torture of RNM. Perpetrators can control facial expressions, movement of limbs, manipulate thought, read thought, create artificial arousal etc with RNM.RNM is just like brain computer interfacing/brain machine interfacing. Take the example of "Alter-Ego" a device developed by MIT,USA to read thought. RNM is commonly used for human tracking,sex racket,and also for anti-social/terrorist. Psychiatrist/common people considers RNM victims/targeted individuals as Paranoid Schizophrenic. Victims are not allowed to earn their daily breads, dragged to street, and face 24x7 torture of Voice2Skull. Voice2Skull is a type of bone conduction. Please refer bone conduction headsets on Amazon. RNM is an organized crime where stalking, stranger stalking, gang stalking, community stalking, character assassination etc are done to exploit a family.It is a silent holocaust. 

In Delhi, several private investigating agencies are involved in this organized crime.Stalking is part of the job of private investigators. They use RNM devices in domestic violence cases.

We need specific rules and regulations, and non-bailable punishment to ban the use of RNM. Family is the smallest unit of democracy. Loss of privacy is the loss of democracy. Right to live, right to speak, right to earn with honor etc are some of the fundamental rights to enjoy democracy. RNM brings master-slave relation. 

AAP can rejuvenate the society. AAP can give justice to RNM victims. 

Make Delhi a centre of excellence with stringent rules and regulations to ban the use of RNM. Train police, doctors, psychiatrists about RNM. Ban RNM, save people, and save democracy.
