Before going further with this petition I request to maintain 2mins of silence for the women's/girls of India being rapped rapidly day after days, month after months and year after years.

The rape or gang rape rate is increasing rapidly as the quality of punishment given to the accused is very low. Sadly it took more such deaths. People in India especially the remote areas are less aware about the laws and few of them  don't stand for their own voice,  after being rapped or sexually abused and be numb. 

Our own Indian Constitution has been framed after refering many of other countries Constitution. I plead for the justice to adopt the strict punishment given or to hang the accused to death within 48 hours of the person who is found guilty for committing rape even though if a Jevunile is found in same case

Immediately after increase in rape/gang rapes rates many countries have ammended death penalty to be given for the person who is found guilty on an emergency basis. I won't go upon mentioning the percentage of increase in this crime rate which is increasing daily in all states of India. That’s because the majority of us Indians, are very much aware about the crimes going up higher at a phenomenal rate but still remaining shut because of the society.

That is why I have started this petition asking the Prime Minister to immediately ammend the Rape punishment and penalty and save people's life. Sign my petition and help me spread the word.
