GST should be waived off in tuition fees for higher education in India.
The Issue
Tuition fee for higher education in India is already high enough to discourage higher education for the middle class and poor class of the Indian society, GST on the fee adds more burden on these sections of the society. Many of my friends want to pursue MBA that already has a very high tuition fee; GST on this fee discourages them to go for any such degree.
