Fluid artists in many countries in the world are disappointed with the new Artist Loft SOFT BODY Acrylic paint, specifically, white paint. 

Many artists have discontinued the purchase of this white paint and will continue to do so unless it is changed back to the "flow Acrylic" formula.  It is known amongst fluid art groups that this problem exists.  When someone posts a question about why the white cells are forming, many artists that already know, ask them if they are using artist loft white as their base and begin telling the story once again! 

With the rise of fluid art all over the world, it would be in the best interest of the company to change back to its original formula. 

Artist Loft Flow Acrylic white paint was changed to Soft Body formula and has been ruining fluid art paintings every since this was done after 2019.  Many have changed to the other brands, however, artist loft was an amazing and affordable paint.  YouTube videos have even been created by artists to explain and demonstrate the problem and the solution for fellow fluid artists. 

Michael's stores across the United States sells Artist loft brand paints.  All "flow Acrylic" formula dates 2019 and prior was a perfect base paint for many fluid art techniques.  Starting with the date of 2020 they changed their formula and branding to "soft body" and this now creates unwanted white pearl type cells in fluid art by swallowing the colored paints thus ruining the desired effect.
