Every season all we see is mediocrity and disappointment from Arsenal. The squads mentality is weak, the squad is weak and so is the manager. He has taken our club as far as he can but Wengers time at Arsenal is up. The club won't get rid of him because he won trophies 12 years ago. If I was doing an awful job at work, I wouldn't keep it because 12 years ago I was productive. They would replace me.
