The 500 Bus 'service' from Aylesbury bus station to Watford  and return journey - this service over the last year or so has become unfit for purpose. Too many parents in the Aylesbury and Hertfordshire area are now finding our children stranded at bus stops early in the morning whilst they await a bus that never arrives, making them late for school incurring detentions, inconvenience and extra cost on top of the original bus pass fare we pay on a weekly monthly basis. Children are also missing the bus home if it is late, oversubscribed or doesn't stop at all the bus stops. 

The amount of buses provided is insufficient, with buses often over-full, and children left behind at stops, routes adjusted and re-routed missing stops that the bus should be passing - this is making our children arrive late and miserable for school.  Bus services information via Arriva App does not provide accurate information.These are often not on time or actually running at all. 

Over the last year+  parents complaints have fallen on deaf ears at Arriva with standard stock replies sent out or flat out denials of a shoddy service. We are now realising we have to do something to have our voices heard and make Arriva sit up and take us seriously.
