My name is Jane Doe; I am the legal guardian of John Doe, my little brother. I am requesting your support in getting Los Angeles District Attorney George Gascon and the Los Angeles Police Department to arrest and prosecute Tiffany Haddish and Aries Spears for the 2013 and 2014 molestation of my brother and me. On or about January 28, 2020, our mother filed a police report concerning the incidents with the Las Vegas, Nevada, police department. The Las Vegas police department transferred the case to Los Angeles Police Department. We are asking for your support to get the LAPD and the LA District Attorney's office to take over this investigation and arrest and prosecute Aries Spears and Tiffany Haddish for the crimes visited upon my brother and me.

• Penal Code 311 – Child Pornography
• Penal Code 288.4 – Soliciting a Minor for Lewd Purposes
• Penal Code 484 – Fraud
• Penal Code 312.3 – Obscene Material
• Penal Code 311.5 – Advertising Obscene Material
• Penal Code 237(a) – False Imprisonment
• Penal Code 311.4 – Employment of Minors to Participate in Child Pornography
• Penal Code 311.3 – Duplicating, Developing, Printing, or Exchanging Child Pornography
• Penal Code 311.1, 311.2, and 311.4 – Transportation and distribution of child pornography obscene matter
• Penal Code 236.1 (b) – Human Trafficking for pimping, child pornography
• Penal Code 236.1 – Human Trafficking
• Penal Code 288.4(a)(1) – Arranging a meeting with a person that the defendant believed to be a minor for the purpose of exposing his or her genitals or pubic or rectal area or engaging in lewd and lascivious behavior
