Desiree Therrien, Charles Soloman, [REDACTED] should all be arrested for animal cruelty charges officially! [REDACTED] used to be my friend. [REDACTED] sent me pics of the inside of Desiree’s house on Fillmore in Topeka. [REDACTED] refused to call animal control after [REDACTED] went into the house and it was covered in animal feces and urine. [REDACTED] kept telling me that [REDACTED] “would be cut off from [REDACTED] if [REDACTED] reported it.” I finally got fed up and made an anonymous report to animal control in Topeka around the 6th of December 2023 because no one else was going to. For weeks, animal control in Topeka did nothing even with the animals living in Filth. Desiree and her mother had stolen a Great Dane from me as well named Lilith that I had been fighting to get back for months… Kansas law didn’t protect me at all when I tried to get law enforcement and AC to get her back.

Fast forward to January 24th 2024, when the Miami county Sheriffs office went in with a warrant to the 2nd house Desiree and CJ had been staying part of the time at, and found 10 Great Danes dead with 9 alive and starved and a shepherd mix that was starving. The dogs that were still alive were found eating the dead Great Danes to try and stay alive. The dogs were rescued and no arrests were made. 

January 29th 2024, Topeka Police and Animal control finally went in with a warrant to the Topeka house where they found 73 Great Danes/cats/other animals alive and starving to death with no food and water, and 18 dead. Desiree once again was found to be involved in Animal cruelty and still hasn’t been arrested. 

[REDACTED] knew the status of the house and yet did nothing to help the animals. They literally sat back and refused to try and get them help. They claim that Desiree is too mentally disabled to be able to process everything or be able to know right from wrong which isn’t true. Desiree knew exactly what she was doing and how much suffering she put the animals through. 

This petition is being started to try and make Topeka police department and Miami county sheriffs department in Kansas to actually arrest Desiree Therrien and anyone else linked to this horrible animal cruelty. Those animals suffered… Why hasn’t Desiree been officially charged???! Why hasn’t anyone else????!
