Fentanyl is now a worldwide epidemic. The potency of this synthetic opioid increases its ability to kill those who ingest it. Due to its synthetic nature, it is very cheap to manufacture. A recent arrest near my town seized enough fentanyl to kill 70,000 people. It is time that fentanyl dealers are arrested for possessing a weapon of mass destruction.
