Tomorrow I go before the Supreme Court of NL to begin petitioning them to strike three clauses from Canada's Criminal Code.
These three clauses directly interfere with the judicial process, creating a conflict of interest that allows the Federal government to use genocide as a political tool.
The Challenge was filed on December 19th, 2014.

It was mailed through Canada Post registered mail on the same day.
It arrived in Ottawa on the 29th of December.
Canada Post appears to have lost the copy mailed to the Attorney General of Newfoundland. An investigation is on-going. If it simply went undelivered it should have bounced back to me and I could have tried to deliver it a different way.
Too bad twitter doesn't count as a delivery method.
I don't really know how this will affect tomorrow's court appearance. All I can do is hope for the best and keep trying.
