Tomorrow I go before the Supreme Court of NL to begin petitioning them to strike three clauses from Canada's Criminal Code. These three clauses directly interfere with the judicial process, creating a conflict of interest that allows the Federal government to use genocide as a political tool. It arrived in Ottawa on the 29th of December. Canada Post appears to have lost the copy mailed to the Attorney General of Newfoundland. An investigation is on-going. If it simply went undelivered it should have bounced back to me and I could have tried to deliver it a different way. Too bad twitter doesn't count as a delivery method. I don't really know how this will affect tomorrow's court appearance. All I can do is hope for the best and keep trying.
