The Western Star, Corner Brook's local newspaper, covered the beginning of the Charter Challenge at the local Supreme Court yesterday. I'll be contacting legal aid shortly to discuss how to properly format the brief I'm preparing. I expect to be able to request a summary judgement based on the simple facts of the situation at the next hearing. I've already been in contact with the lawyers to discuss arguments and express my condolences for them having to argue for the continued politicization of genocide.
