Court today was pretty clear. 

Judge practically jumped down the throat of the Commission lawyer.

Reserved his ruling until the 23rd, but it was pretty obvious which way he was leaning. He's going to stick with the Adjudicator's ruling, which had the entire police investigation struck from the record by a last minute discovery issue, allowing officer perjury to stand uncontested.

The entire context of this petition was buried and disregarded, even though it was explicitly discussed as grounds prior to the detainment. Allegations of genocide advocacy by former Canadian politicians was seen as "crazy" and not worthy of serious consideration.

No discreditable conduct by the RNC. Perjury stands uncontested.
