Still no legal counsel available for my pending court hearings. The pre-trial conference has been rescheduled for August 10th. Still waiting on legal aid to explain why I should plead guilty to having a disability. Trial is tentatively scheduled for October 25th and 26th, but may require more time given that I have Charter issues I'm trying to have addressed. However, being denied a solicitor is making that process difficult. Much like my detainment, I feel like this court process is just being rubber stamped through now that they're realizing they're up against RvJordan time constraints.
