I decided to go a less onerous route and accept a plea deal. I pled guilty to the possession of marijuana, a fact I've never denied, and was granted an absolute discharge due to my medical history. No more defending myself in adversarial court battles. Still a date set aside in November to argue about the original Charter Challenge, but I'll cross that bridge when I come to it.
