I've received the factums for the appeal of my denied habeas corpus. A few things to note: 1. The lawyer for the hospital is trying to legitimize the use of punitive psychiatry. 2. The lawyer for the hospital established a false pretense during the previous hearing and is continuing the narrative in this one. I am contacting the Law Society today in regards to the matter. 3.
