Less than 5 days remain until the second hearing of my Charter Challenge. So far it seems interesting. I've got a counterargument prepared that addresses the Attorney's issues and explains the need for process to exist that would allow fundamental justice to proceed. Even if the judge dismisses it and orders me to pay the other side's attorney fees, I'll appeal the matter. Or re-file with additional evidence and arguments. The point is to never give up, capitulate, surrender, yield or submit to tyranny. Just because they appear to be an unstoppable force for corruption doesn't mean you're not seeing the projected shadow of tiny mouse instead of an actual monster.
