Elliot is a scum that has traumatized more than 20 victims shown by the above website, targeting minors and threatening them to do unspeakable things by talking about su*cide and self h*rm 

He is still using a burner account to hurt other individuals. He is 31 and targeting young individuals as young as 8. He deserves to be in prison. 

The longer he is out, he will continue to hurt more and more people that do not deserve to be hurt by this vile man. This is not about Genshin Impact. This is about a predator who poses a threat to other people. We must all act to spread more awareness about what is happening to make a difference before he continue his heinous ways. One person might not make much impact, but if we all, all of the people who are passionate about this cause rally together we will accomplish things that are not possible alone.
