Problem
On Monday night around 8:30ish Nicko had gotten in to the trash. Kevin Cummings II then proceeded to beat Nicko because of him getting in the trash. While he was beating the dog the dog bit Kevin in self defense. Kevin then stabbed the dog. Kevin drug Nicko outside hit him slammed him into the ground and broke his neck.( Note: he did all this outside in front of 3-4 small children and their moms) He called a couple of his friends and they showed up and they threw Nicko on the back of a truck and went somewhere and shot the dog and threw him in a snowbank. This poor dog was 1 hour away from being rehome to his furever home. We need to take a stand and make sure Kevin gets the max sentence for this horrific crime and get Justice for Nicko.

Solution
We want the district attorney to impose the max sentance. We need to get as many signatures to send to the district attorney
