Dear Arnotts

Many kiwis have loved your Shapes range from a young age. It's a kiwi favorite and a must snack for movies with friends. What made Shapes unique was that there was really nothing that could compare, potato chips have a large range, biscuits just don't match, but Shapes were the best little crackers indulged with flavor.  

You recently changed all your flavor recipes for the Shapes in New Zealand, and by the looks of all the feedback, it's very disliked by long loyal Shapes consumers. All the 'Visitor Posts' on your official Facebook page consist of customers begging for you to bring back the old original flavors of Shapes. Every post you make on your page has comments from upset customers complaining about the new flavors and how they aren't 'new and improved' as the box prints. Please don't do a Nestlé with Milo and screw over a good Kiwi classic, you'll literally loose customers and sales which in any business, isn't good.

Adhere to what the majority of your customers enjoy, what you had going was great, why change something that isn't broken?

Please bring back the original flavors in New Zealand for the whole Shapes range. Constant posts on Facebook just makes your brand look awful and in all honesty creates hate against your decisions
