Change Arnott's Barbecue Shapes back to Original flavour.

Change Arnott's Barbecue Shapes back to Original flavour.
The Issue
Hi everyone.
I'm putting out a request for Arnott's to remove their "New and Improved" recipe, and go back to the original flavors we have loved over the years. The below response has been sent to Arnott's...but I need your voice (the consumers) to show them that I'm not the only one. Thank you for your support.
Together...I'm sure we can get those red spices back in our bag.
Dear staff of Arnott's,
Thank you all for the products you bring to the shelves, our households, and our stomachs.
When us Australians think of the name "Arnott's", our taste buds and memories instantly teleport us to a special moment or time where we fondly enjoy our favourite biscuit/cracker/snack.
We taste those familiar flavors, we link it to a key memory in our life where we had a connection with a time or a person that holds a significant moment in our past. Well I just recently said goodbye to one of my moments.
I need vent about a recent change made...or as it is been labelled... "New and Improved" with the flavor change to the Barbecue Shapes.
My wife recently ran in with a look on her face as if something terrible happened. She handed me a freshly opened box of Barbecue Shapes and insisted that I had to "try" one.
Hesitant in case it was a trick I slowly tried one.
I only needed to try half of one before my nose screwed up and my taste buds went into shock. Thinking "What the hell was THAT?",
I gave the benefit of doubt and tried another...
Within seconds I was pulling the exact same screwed up expression that my wife was displaying.
Normally I'd open the box with the intention of only having one or two, and then I'd suddenly realise I was over halfway through the box already. So I have "one or two" more until the box has almost been finished. Then came the best part....fishing at the bottom of the empty bag for all those bits of red spice that dropped to the bottom. Surely I'm not the only one who enjoys this, and believes this is the best part of the process.
I also did what I can only assume any and every other eater of Barbecue Shapes does.....I tipped them all out....looking to see the little red bits of spice in the bottom. Nothing.
I'm sure that I'm not the only one who is disheartened & disappointed by this change, and would like to suggest that it is considered to fix the taste back to the original.
They did not need improving, and there is certainly nothing new and exciting about it. In fact, in my personal opinion they are quite displeasing and consider this a step backwards. I would also like to return this box as it certainly was not what we as consumers expected to pay for,
In saying that, I do thank Arnott's for pushing the boundaries by trying something new. It just shows that you are trying to find more ways to appeal with us...the consumers.
