Implement DACP For Armed Forces Doctors Without Any Further Delay

The Issue

Dynamic Assured Career Progression (DACP), a time bound pay & promotion progression scheme for all central government doctors has been authorised by a government notification on 29.10.2008. Has been implemented for all government doctors but not for Armed Forces Doctors in the last 6 years.This despite an Armed Forces Tribunal decision dated 18.7.2011, upheld by Supreme Court on 23.9.2013 .
