Thanks again to everyone who has supported our petition against the development at 47 Spy Pond. The Conservation Commission heard final arguments at the Oct 6 meeting, and the hearing is now closed. As in previous meetings, our attorney, Elizabeth Pyle, played a critical role. We have been raising funds over the past couple of weeks to cover legal costs, and we have come a long way. We're now down to $1300 that we still need to raise. This is a final amount.
