We have identified a highly qualified environmental lawyer, who has many years of expertise in conservation and wetlands regulations, and who is able to represent the case on very short notice. Professional representation by a lawyer is vital to success, as it puts us on equal footing with the developer, who will also have professional representation before the Commission. The cost is $2500. We need to decide on this quickly. Based on the number of people we have, I think we can make this happen. To expedite the process, I have set up an online poll. If we have adequate support, I will follow up tomorrow with an online fundraiser to collect the funds.
