The child maintenance service legislation needs to change how they conduct themselves towards the paying parent, so it can be better assessed and take into account of the paying parents household bills and make a judgement on their affordability not just after tax and national Insurance deductions.
There has been far too many fathers that have took their own lives as they believe they had no other alternative when the receiving parent makes false allegations against them then the child maintenance service forces them into a corner with their dictatorship.
the receiving parent should be made to show proof of what is being spent on the child/children via the child maintenance service and they should send it either via email or on their online account.
if we can get enough signatures and get this to the managing director of child maintenance service and into Parliament because paying parents lives matter too. Also may I add that if the receiving parent makes false allegations to stop contact then their payments should be suspended until the outcome of any relevant court hearings.
the photo is myself and my daughter who I haven’t seen in nearly 3 years due to my ex wife making false allegations and being backed by the social worker also she has now also made my daughter petrified of me also due to parental alienation my court case is still ongoing on since November 2017.
