To my family, friends, and plethora of supporters the time has finally come. It has been a long time coming, 18 years, and you have been there for me every step of the way. Words will never express my gratitude for your selfless sacrifices over the years. Truly, I would have never been able to make it this far without your help. Thank you so much for everything!

There is one hill remaining to climb. I will be granted a parole board hearing on January 20, 2018 in which the fate of my freedom will be decided by the State of Arkansas' Parole Board. I believe it will be fair and just process. What I am asking of you, will be of great significance in the decision of the State of Arkansas Parole Board. I trust that your signature to this petition, will show that there are supporters who still believe in me. Your belief in me serves as a positive reflection that the State of Arkansas, has assisted in the rehabilitation and correction of my character. This belief stands as a testimony that the justice system does work, for those that seek change in their life.

Fortunately, the system aided me in discovering meaning, purpose, and a new way of living. When I was incarcerated at 20, I lacked wisdom and decision making. There needed to be intervention of some sort before I completely destroyed my life. By the grace of God a great change came over me. Since then, I have been able to live with purpose, meaning, and true direction. I earned my GED, am a leader within my unit, and have taken various classes like parenting, anger management, and communication to a name a few. I have always continued to be an effective parent to the best of my ability. I write to my two sons, ask about their academic performance, I have a rapport with them when they visit, and have other relatives hold them to a higher standard than I had. I look forward to being more involved in their lives while improving my own.

I give credit to God and the people he placed in my life.  Let us demonstrate strength, love, and family to the Parole Board. We are there for one another regardless of the situation. That is what family means to me.

Please support me and my re-entry back into society. God Bless You!
