The state of Arkansas is a "hear-say" state. They can and will charge a person without proof or evidence of said crime. They will sometimes refuse to look at the proof of innocence for a person.  Innocent people are getting many years in prison and jail because of this state wide problem.  We need to come together to change this problem. The court system thrives off of the convictions they get. So the more they put in jail or prison the more money and votes they will get. It's not fair to the good people of Arkansas that they have to serve time for a crime they did not commit. JUSTICE FOR THE TRULY INNOCENT! SOMETHING NEEDS TO CHANGE TO HELP THE TRULY INNOCENT. We need to speak for the ones that can't speak for themselves. 

They are causing people to leave their families. Loose their jobs. Not have any savings for retirement. Loose their rights firearms. Causing honest good people to be put on registries that they should not be on in the first place. 

This same scandal was going on in Madison County about 25 yrs ago. They were punished as a whole then. They will be again. They paid a very hefty fine then.
