The practice of any netting, which is a means of trapping fish commercially. Which is allowed in the Lawrence county portion of the Spring and Strawberry River, is having a direct and detrimental effect on the population of fish in the Sharp and Fulton county portions of the river.             We the undersigned people would ask the Arkansas game and fish to stop this kind of fishing in any portion of Spring and Strawberry river.
