I'm writing as a concerned parent whose child goes to Ark White City Primary Academy after witnessing several disturbing incidents, particularly about safeguarding and student well-being. There are growing concerns about safeguarding practices that need urgent attention.

Since Mr Williams became headteacher, there has been recognised decrease in communication between the school and parents. Though several issues have been raised, I have discovered that the school either hides or brushes off all the problems. Children are being bullied both emotionally and physically. Parents never contacted or provided with the accident reports.
How students with emotional and mental health needs are handled raises serious questions.

Many other parents and staff members also experience these frustrations. The situation is becoming intolerant. So, we desperately need intervention to make sure the school performs its responsibility to look after its pupils.
Relevant authorities are needed to step in and investigate deeply about leadership and school safeguarding policies. Parent and child voice has to be heard.
