Maricopa Community College is not compliant with ADA accommodations with online testing using an electronic reader when using Respondus Lockdown for test taking on Canvas.  The College has made excuses for over a year, forgotten two semesters and now has required attorney involvement. They are under OCR Federal investigation for them to budge, and now they still are not.   It requires seven people just for a change. I wonder how many others have had this happen.  If we can put public pressure on them to make required changes so they become compliant this would make it easier for others with learning disorders to finish school
