As most students have heard by now at ASU the University is officially online until the end of the semester. We students of ASU ask the University to give Pro-Rated refunds for on-campus dorm students and possibly consider if possible for tution prices of on-campus students vs Online students. 

• It's not fair to the students to have to pay for online classes when payments for in-person classes were made. If possible price adjusted refunds should be considered. 
• Students staying in dorms on campus should be refunded for unused occupancy and meal plans. 

Other prestegious and innovative schools such as Harvard, Smith, Tufts, and Duke University(NC) offered pro-rated refunds to their dorm students. While we understand that ASU is working hard to ensure our saftey, they should also consider doing the same to alleviate financial burdens on students and our families. 

Summary of what we ask:

— Pro-Rated refunds for students who choose to leave the on-campus dorms since it is a matter of the safety of our health and well being during this national emergency. 

— Consideration of tuition adjustment
