Jack's Law would be a law that basically stated that ANY establishment that kicks anyone out for being too intoxicated MUST either make sure that person has a SOBER escort or put that person in a cab. If the person refuses then they call the police. As difficult as dealing with an arrest can be it is still better than a tragedy. This law would be in honor of Jack Culolias. RIP
