City of Buckeye Water Company is price gouging, not allowing consumers to choose their due dates, costing consumers whom are disabled and only get paid once a month hundreds of dollars in late fees and also effecting their credit scores. The City of Buckeye Water Company also charges people anywhere from $50.00 to $300.00 MORE every month. Their common excuse is that people have a leak. These high prices are NOT regulated and the water company is shutting off the water when customers cannot afford the bill. Consumers with children have to steal water from their neighbors. The water quality is EXTREMELY low and the prices are TREMENDOUSLY expensive. City of Buckeye Water Company does not make payment arrangements nor do they allow consumers to choose their own due date. No other utility company does that. Residence in the City of Buckeye have called and filed several complaints, with no resolutions at all.
