Jun 28, 2016
At the I.E.P meeting held at the Barrington Administration Building on June 21, 2016, Special Education Director, Susan Healy-Mills (Right) with Barrington's attorney, Sara A. Rapport (Middle), agreed to pay for an evaluation for Arizona, but refused to provide him with a teacher/aide(s) or permit him to attend Barrington High School. Susan Healy-Mills stated that she did not know him, its been almost 3 years. Three years ago, Mrs. Mills knew him, but still refused to provide Arizona with an education. Not knowing a student does not determine whether or not the student receives an education. The Barrington School Committee and Superintendent Michael B. Messore III, (Left) has ignored the issue completely.
