As many of you know, I have been personally battling the unjust & unjustified APS rate hike for 8+ months now (and no one is paying me to do so). I have been crowdfunding the legal fees, but have also substantially come out of pocket with both time & money. July, August and September legal fees are/will be astronomical because of the shenanigans Commissioner Forese pulled to try to stall our hearing, as well as our quickly approaching Sept. 25 hearing date. We’re finally getting some traction in the press - including a front page story yesterday in the Arizona Republic, and nearly 6k people have signed the petition.

But I’m literally fighting a multi-billion dollar company and desperately need everyone’s help to keep fighting! Whether you can afford $5 or $500, I ask that you chip in.
