Hello everyone! I'm sorry I haven't provided an update for awhile, but was waiting for the latest round of filings and response from the administrative law judge. Many of you have sent me your bills showing a greater increase than 4.5% and the latest Pinnacle West (APS) earnings report shows the rise in their revenue is directly attributed to the rate hike (not weather -- as they had previously stated to media). We will continue to push for a full rate hike rehearing because it was unjust and unfair to us customers. Washington, Phoenix 85007. This meeting is OPEN TO THE PUBLIC, and it would be helpful for us to have as many people there as possible for support. Also IMPORTANT: Our legal fund is running close to depletion, so it's vital for everyone who has not yet donated to do so.
