For everyone who signed the petition and wishes to be involved with the legal proceedings and push for a REAL rate hike rehearing moving forward, I need you to do two important things ASAP, as APS is going to try to have the case dismissed. Please only do the following if you are an APS customer in Arizona: 1. Please send me an email at: sc@champion-pr.com with your contact info including full name, address and phone number so we can create a spreadsheet with everyone's info (as they are putting the burden on me/us to prove that those who signed the petition are indeed APS customers. 2. In this attached procedural order (which you can look up and read in full on the Arizona Corporation Commission (edocket.azcc.gov - Docket # - E-01345A-18-0002) the Judge states: "It is unclear whether these individuals are all APS customers, as asserted, in part because a number of the individuals list out of state locations or simply "US" under "location" on the petition. It is also unknown to what extent these individuals desire to participate as parties. Any listed individual who desires to participate as a party should make a filing in this docket to indicate the individual's desire to participate and to provide a mailing address. As an aside, my most recent APS bill shows an 8.3% increase over last year, even though I used less energy (including peak hours) this year. This is nearly double the percentage (4.5%) APS stated bills would increase when their shady rate hike was approved by the AZ Corporation Commissioners, who APS spent millions of dollars to get elected. When you expand that to over 1.2 million APS customers in Arizona, that's a gigantic amount of money going to a company whose Pres/CEO made $19.5 MILLION in salary in 2016. Meanwhile, over a million Arizonans are living below the Federal poverty guidelines... This corruption and greed must stop. Thank you in advance.
