"I am signing this because publically accessible places which are open to photography are not accessible for sketching. Many a times in Mumbai we were asked to stop sketching without a reason. We believe urban sketching enhances the ability of artists to admire architectural and historical beauties in Mumbai and hence should be allowed in all the places which are open for photography as well." More ridiculous is this thought!! While photograph makes an exact record of a place and can be misused, an artists' work is a work of creativity and not a record of sorts.
