Blazblue English Dub

Blazblue English Dub
The Issue
This is a petition I have started in order to pass the message to Arc System works and Aksys Games that we, being fans of the game series BlazBlue, would like our upcoming Central Fiction release to have an English Dub/dual audio.
According to the VO (Voice Over) director and cast member, Patrick Seitz, a great deal of the characters that a lot of us have been playing since 2008 will not be getting English voice overs, whether in the game's story mode, arcade mode, or in actual battles. Some other fighting games don't have to necessarily worry about that part about battles, but BlazBlue series has had several bits of color commentary going on during the fights, and that's something I have always enjoyed. Hearing the character's words and tones during a fight I think gave a better understanding of what these characters are like than what you can get just from the story or some pre-fight text dialogue in certain points of an arcade mode.
Along with the voices during fights, BlazBlue's story, which is admittedly rather out there at times, is gonna be hit rather hard by this for us (with either good grasp of English or it's our first language) that like to know what's going on in this world in the game. While some will argue that the need of English voices is not necessary in a game that will present us with all necessary info in text format, along with the Japanese voices, I would like to point out that text only conveys so much. You don't get the nuances in the voices, the pain the characters might be going through, their anger, and the emotions that well up during the situations they find themselves confronting. The English cast has done an amazing job doing that, whether it be dramatic, serious, brooding, or just downright funny and amusing instances. One of my most favorite and easily remembered line is during one episode of the first series of Teach me! Miss Litchi! where Kokonoe says that Tager's newest enhancement, a rocket powered fist, isn't very efficient. Fans of the series will know the moment I'm talking about. "GIGANTIC TAGER!"
This part, is me kind of having a bleeding heart as well, but I'm also see some of my favorite VAs miss out on a paycheck because of what seemed to be sudden cost cutting. Seitz, Vee, Vincent, Kramer, Lee, Ruff, Spencer, Price, Landa, Erholtz, Ann Taylor, Robinson, Stone, Bailey, Willingham, Lowenthal, Douglas, Fitzgerald, George, Savage, Staley, C. Miller, Higgins, and Sheh. All these voice actors have given me something over these few years, not just in this series too. They've given me smiles, they've made me sad, laugh, cheer, cringe, become disgusted, and sometimes (though I'm slightly loathe to admit this) they have made me cry.
Please, join me in letting our voices be heard. "We want BlazBlue Central Fiction WITH a dub!"
