✍️ Petition to Add a Dedicated PvE Mode to Arc Raiders

Subject: Maximizing Player Engagement and Longevity through a Dedicated PvE Mode

 

We, the dedicated community of Arc Raiders players, are writing to respectfully request the implementation of a dedicated Player vs. Environment (PvE) mode alongside the existing PvPvE experience.

 

While we appreciate the high-stakes tension of the current extraction-shooter format, we believe the game's incredible world, enemy design, and core mechanics are too valuable to be limited to a single playstyle.

 

Adding a separate PvE mode would significantly benefit the game by:

 

1. Expanding the Audience: It would attract players who prefer cooperative play, exploration, and progression without the constant stress of player conflict, making the game accessible to a wider, more diverse audience.

2. Boosting Longevity: It offers a complementary way to enjoy the game's core loop, ensuring player retention during off-seasons or when the PvPvE meta becomes tiring.

3. Showcasing the World: It allows players to fully appreciate the world-building, lore, and stunning atmosphere of the game without the pressure of an imminent player ambush, giving the ARC enemies the spotlight they deserve.

4. Serving as a PVE Mode: A PvE mode would be the perfect, low-pressure environment for new players to learn mechanics, test loadouts, and master the combat before jumping into the PvPvE raids.

 

We are not asking to replace the core experience, but to add a valuable and requested alternative. We believe a PvE mode will not split the community, but rather grow it, offering everyone a path to enjoy the compelling world of Arc Raiders.

 

We urge you to consider and implement this feature to unlock the game’s full potential.
