There is a hugh lot of open land behind two big lakes in Arborwoods community. This is open space for a tennis court, basketball court and a club house. Initially during the initial construction phase, Taylor Morrison builder had promised to build those in that space so that kids can play. It’s been 4 years and community is sold out and still no courts build there. Even site building supervisor  had brought up during the admin meetings but nothing was done. 

Now the builder has not fulfilled the promise and going to exit the community in few months after all the homes are sold. 

 Please understand that kids can only play on the streets which is not safe. The above empty lot in the community is the kids play area which was initially promised to be constructed to the homeowners. 

We would want builder to fulfill their promise .
