At Fordham University, plastic bags are sold everywhere, contributing to plastic waste in our environment. We would like to push Aramark, our dining service provider, to either ban the sale of plastic bags on campus or switch to biodegradable ones in an effort to reduce plastic pollution and encourage sustainable practices on our campus. We would like members of the Fordham community to sign this petition so we can begin to heal our environment. This includes saying no to plastic bags when purchasing items and using reusable bags. We need your help to convince Aramark that this is the first step in becoming a sustainable school! Be apart of the solution and sign our petition!
