This petition is simple. If any Arabian horse is PROVEN to have been purchased at a public auction or kill pen without its birthright registration papers, they should automatically have their papers reinstated if proven with DNA. Our numbers are dwindling! Put value on our beloved arabian horse! Let's win new members by example of how our registry DOES care about the individual, regardless of were it ended up. Good enough to be registered? Then good enough to retain their birthright. We also hope this new rule will discourage dumping horses by breeders or owners. We ALL need accountability. But accountability for our registration papers is in your hands AHA and PAT.
