Many department high ranks run into major issues now that they can’t use the :give command. The main thing this impacts is the detain tool. With a broken tool, L-4s are unable to properly moderate and should be able to use the give command to fix the issue. Without proper moderation, RIF can become a more corrupt and troublesome place, making it hard for new players to fit in.
