Charlie and Laura Logan have long been pillars of support in our community, dedicating their time, energy, and resources to help those in need. Now, they are seeking the community's support to place a manufactured home on their property to better support their sister and her children, who have special needs and health challenges. 

Studies show that proximity to family support significantly increases the well-being and development of children with special needs. Allowing the Logans to accommodate a family member on their property will directly impact their children's quality of life and provide stability during critical developmental years.

We urge local authorities to approve the Logan family's request. This petition is for those who are in agreement with adding a manufactured home at 1637 Wiedner Rd (See image attached). The addition will in no way devalue the land or area, as the Logan's have shown a track record of property improvements at their previous home at 216 Hinge Creek, prior to purchasing Wiedner.
