I'm was the caregiver of a parent with a mental illness.  As her advocate, she needed home health care to assist with daily activities such as medication assistance, bathing, meal preparation, toileting, social engagement, exercise and wellness programs.  

After working with several seniors and veterans in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia who have epilepsy, dementia, autism, depression, bipolar, schizophrenia, and other brain disorders, I understand the importance of a family member receiving home health care so they may experience a quality life.
