Do you think our fire survivors need to have clean clothes while they are trying to find homes? According to Carol Huchingson, Lake County, CA Long term Recovery Coodinator, we should be winding down the donations (donations possibly being taken out of County already UPDATE: I was told they are being brought to local nonprofits) including the Laundry Truck that was coming to Lake Co., that so many people needed. The person that was bringing the laundry truck worked really hard on this, we need to make it happen....now not later. This has been going back and forth since October!! As of now they have a laundromat I believe in Middletown. They are having to spend alot of their money just to wash clothes. Also at the laundromat, a lot of the machines dont work and some are pretty dirty. This is not ok, is it?? We have a place, Cal Fire, and they are also donating water and sewer, PG&E is donating electric! All we need from the County is for them to get insurance and permits if needed. Help these people that went through the terrible Valley fire and lost everything. Thank you
