This petition is to show support for Loretta Clatterbuck to be appointed Animal Shelter Operations Manager at the Culpeper County Animal Shelter.

Many of us know Loretta. During her 16 years working at the shelter, the animals have been her  #1 priority. This is a person who has a love for animals in her heart and soul. As a rescuer, I have worked with Loretta for 16 years and know she won't sleep at night if she is worried about a cat or dog in her care. She has come out to help on weekends when the shelter is closed to help with an animal neglect situation. She TRULY cares about the cats and dogs, and ANY animal in the shelter's care.

 Loretta would bring stability back to our shelter. During the past 9 months, 3 people have left the position of Operations Manager. We need Loretta to take her rightful position as Animal Operations Manager and restore stability to our shelter and to the lives of animals in need.
