Petition to Appoint Brandon Herrera as ATF Director

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) plays a critical role in enforcing firearms regulations, but trust in the agency has eroded among law-abiding gun owners and the general public. It's time for leadership that understands both the law and the people it impacts.  

Brandon Herrera is the right choice for ATF Director. As a constitutional advocate, firearms industry expert, and experienced public speaker, he has dedicated over a decade to educating Americans on firearms laws, safety, and their rights. He has testified before Congress, engaged directly with law enforcement and legislators, and built a broad coalition of responsible gun owners who believe in fair enforcement, transparency, and accountability.  

Unlike political figures such as Blake Masters, who admittedly offers promising statements in favor of the Second Amendment and individual rights to protect persons and their families, Herrera has an extensive public track record proving his dedication. His work as a firearms manufacturer, industry expert, and educator has demonstrated a deep, personal investment in the issue. He has built and tested firearms, challenged unconstitutional regulations, and educated millions through his YouTube channel, where he breaks down complex gun laws, exposes ATF overreach, and provides historical context on firearm policy.

In 2024, Herrera ran for Congress against Rep. Tony Gonzales, a known opponent of pro-gun policies, and forced him into a runoff election, nearly unseating him by just 400 votes. His strong grassroots support proves that gun owners and everyday Americans trust his leadership and commitment to protecting their rights while advocating for practical, effective policies.
