The demand for justice in cases of police misconduct has never been more urgent. Across the United States, countless victims of police abuse and their families are yearning for justice. Giving the responsibility of prosecuting police misconduct cases to a standard Prosecutor within the same jurisdiction can lead to a lack of transparency.
